  Although arriving about 20 minutes to closing after long days work, I came into Auto Zone looking for tire valve caps. After getting directions where they were, i paid for my items. However, on my way out I noticed a sign on the door that offer a service check to see why my check engine light were on. I turned around and asked politely, if it was to late to check. Then Mariah Butler, replied " its okay, it will only take 10 minutes, i will do it" She could have said, come tomorrow we're about to close. But noooo, she went the extra mile with kindness. Thank you again Mariah 😁!! You're awesome 👌 Now I know what needs fixing in my car!

  I have never been to an auto zone before and don’t know much about cars. I came in today needing all my windshield wipers replaced. I had a gentleman named Abdule who helped me. He was so nice and was extremely helpful. Not only did he help me get what I needed at a reasonable price, he offered his help on replacing them outside in the parking lot in the freezing cold weather as a courtesy. You don’t find many good people out there but he truly was awesome and I couldn’t thank him enough!

  So I had purchased a driver side wiper blade, but it ended up being the wrong one for my vehicle. I returned to the store the next day, and the store manager, (forgive me, I never got his name ) - was able to help me and I got to swap out the wiper blade and he offered to install it for me which I greatly appreciated. The swap out and the installation was so seamless! It definitely alleviated the frustration I was already feeling of having to go get my receipt at home before returning the wrong blade. Thank you to the staff there, every time I come in, they are helpful and definitely look out.
