  I had a slow leak in my tire and went in fully expecting to be raked over the coals. I was greeted by very pleasant people who got the job done that day without breaking the bank. I highly recommend!

  Go elsewhere this place ruined the Sensors Of my Lexus I had to buy 2 tires ( only one flat tire) that were in the back it's quite obvious they have people working on the cars that are inexperienced Also someone Was very rough opening the hood of my car and literally broke the attachment Making it very hard to open the hood to add windshield washer fluid. very dangerous Situation they placed me in When I called the manager the manager was extremely belligerent over the phone and actually quite nasty and didn't want to admit Any wrong doing from his inexperienced staff after I told him all the damage that was done that costed me $1550 on top of the $1600 that I gave Sullivan tire due to their mistake I paid the price I do not recommend Sullivan tire in Quincy to anyone

  I called around 3PM asking if they'd look at my leaking tire knowing they close at five. John told me if I made it in before 4 they'd help me out. I got there at 3:50 and he honored that promise. They diagnosed it as a faulty valve stem and replaced it free of charge since I got my tires brand new at a different Sullivan's only a few months ago. I had great conversations with John as I waited and they even stayed a little passed 5 to get it done. Fantastic experience!

  I just had new tires put on & an alignment performed at the Quincy Location. John, the gentleman I worked with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. John gave me all the information I needed to make a final decision. Everyone did a fantastic job and it only a couple of hours (last minute on Saturday!). Very well done to all involved!! I would highly suggest using Sullivan Tire if you need tires or basically anything to do with your vehicle!!

  Great experience! John made the whole ordeal really easy, painless, and efficient. Really impressed with the service, will be coming back if/when I need my car serviced!
