  I left my car on Thursday morning at 8:30am for him to figure out what is wrong with it and call. He didn’t call that day and he didn’t call the next day so I called and he said he needs more time. On Saturday I called, he didn’t answer. On Sunday I went over and he said he’s not sure what’s wrong with it on the phone and was not there when I tried to pick it up so I had to wait an hour for him to come so I can get my car back. 0/5 experience. I was carless for 4 days for him to not do anything on my car. Have never had this bad of an experience with a mechanic before. Do not recommend.

  We were on our way out of state when my front tire started smoking. I have never been to Quincy auto before but I called at 12:30pm on a Saturday and asked if they could look at my van. They said sure bring it down. We brought it to Willie and he was so kind. He put my van on the lift and got us a quote and told us what needed to be done. He did the work for us and did the most thorough job we have ever had by a mechanic. Not only did he complete the work the same day(which we were not expecting) he made sure the work was flawless and did not rush the job. As we get back on the road we are so thankful to Quincy Auto and the we will trust Willie moving forward. Thank you!

  Nice people, they were able to get my vehicle in within a day and had a great turnaround. Reasonably priced and very kind people.

  I always bring my car to this garage when my car needs some work done, Willy is sincere and the prices are reasonable
