- OTOrville Wood (TharealCraig)Nov 1, 20251.03/15 - First experience: I waited for an hour and a half for them to tell me they didn’t have the oil that I needed for my car (the next day they comp the oil changes for lack of communication). 11/1 - Dropped off my car at 9:30am even though I had an appointment at 10 a.m. for an oil change, alignment, and check one tire. I asked for it to be completed by 12:30 p.m. The front desk acted like he was pulling teeth to accommodate that request. I called at 1pm they didn’t even touch or do anything to the car. I am a long-time customer for over 8 years, having been going to many Sullivan locations, but this location is the worst location. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. The WORST!!!!!
