I asked for it to be completed by 12:30 p.m. The front desk acted like he was pulling teeth to accommodate that request. I called at 1pm they didn’t even touch or do anything to the car. I am a long-time customer for over 8 years, having been going to many Sullivan locations, but this location is the worst location. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. The WORST!!!!!
