    the windshield was fixed but I had to pay $1k out of pocket. Furthermore, my rear camera was not realigned properly. I am left confused and frustrated 😣 😩 … Actually after proper inspection I realized the rear camera had nothing to do with the front windshield replacement, so changing this to a 4 star rating because market costs and some small issue like some front end hood cover part more for aesthetic and weather protection got loosely put back and like an idiot I didnt even ducktape it back and two idiots on the highway went so fast the wind actually blew up off but this is really a minor issue, 4 star is due to pricing. Otherwise I think their customer service ends did a good job repairing the windshield which is the main thing. Well done, quick and to do the point. Apologize fot raising wrong alarm.

    I can't even get a human on the phone to discuss my appointment. Would love to be able to call the people at the shop. Seems like they have a good service here, I just can't seem to book it.

    I'm pleased with the work that was completed. Great job. Ethan was polite. He came to my residence and picked up my wife's car. He stayed approximately 2 to 3 hrs. He was pretty close on that. As I am unable to drive at the moment, I'm thankful for this. My problem with Safelite was that I had a date for repair and a scheduled time of 8am to 12pm. No contact. No rep call. Tried calling the Quincy office and it just kept ringing until it went to the customer service center. She tried calling. Nothing. She sent an urgent e mail asking the mgr to CTC me ASAP. Nothing for 2 hrs. I called back to the store, nope. Directly to cust. Svc. The rep tried to call. She got through and connected me. The store mgr claims I had no reservation. Funny, I had 6 emails, 5 texts confirming for Tuesday morning. She then says due to the weather, I was rescheduled to Wednesday. How could I have been rescheduled if she DID NOT have my scheduled reservation? Nothing like trying to lie, then getting caught in that lie. As I said, ETHAN put some of my faith back into this company
