    Jimmy is awesome! I spoke to him on the phone prior to coming in for some tires and he took the time to explain all my options to me and made sure I felt good with my decision before confirming. Will definitely come back to Jimmy for work in the future

    When I tell you I had the BEST experience. Jimmy was so kind and helped me immensely with my brakes and rotors (and my stubborn tire). I always hate going into auto shops as I don’t know much about cars, but Jimmy eased all my nerves. He explained everything to me and gave me a great price, didn’t try to sell me on other things and only fixed what needed to be fixed. I will be only going back here because of him, and will be sharing with my friends and family to come see Jimmy here!

    Recently got tire service at Monro (Quincy), and I can say that this place is great! The manager, Vincenzo(Jimmy) is amazing; very kind, honest, thoughtful, a true hardworking professional hard to find these days. Not only installed new tires, but took the time to answer all my questions and gave me good advice for future services. Excellent mechanic, good communicator, great experience at Monro!
