  I had a great experience for my first time, Jimmy who sits at the front desk was great, his customer service was excellent and he was super helpful. I had set an appointment up and I was in and out at a reasonable time, I would definitely recommend and go back.

  If you want your rims destroyed let them install your tires. Tech didn’t even have the decency to tell me he gouged them so deep.

  Jimmy you’re amazing. Great customer service. I will always come here if I need . He’s a great person. Very understanding and actually takes in consideration the customer concerns, thank you a lot Jimmy ( the service was back in December)

  What I thought would be an unpleasant, menial and expensive task to get my tires changed was anything but. I had a lovely time meeting and chatting to Jimmy (Vincenzo) the manager. He ensured I was well taken care of, and gave me excellent service throughout. Thank you Jimmy for all your help!

  I unexpectedly had car trouble on a Saturday. I live in Rhode Island and was far from my home mechanic and Monro (Jimmy in particular) absolutely saved me! He checked my car himself even though they were busy and made sure I had a safe way to get home. The level of customer care was astonishing in the best way! I am grateful for this business.
