- GBGary BarkowskiJun 11, 20251.0My young son took my truck to Jiffy Lube here on Quincy Ave. It's a 2018 Ford F-150. Two hundred twenty bucks for an oil change? what a rip off. They charged him 49.99 for a cheap paper air filter i could have bought for twelve bucks. After six quarts it's 49.99 for extra oil which in this case was one more quart. I wanted to go back and stuff the filter in the guys ear and get my mo ey back. This place sucks and is so over priced and takes advantage of those less knowledgeable.Who ever owns this dump should be ashamed. I have owned my own business for almost 25 years and if i overcharged like this dump i would be out of business and in the hospital i'm sure study away from this dump.

Wouldn’t accept a $10 nationwide coupon listed under their location on the jiffy lube website which wasn’t worth arguing about since obviously no one cared. Which apparently looking at reviews they will do for some people. With the overall experience I would trust the reviews that state they damaged their vehicle.
- FKFrank KennedySep 2, 20241.0While I thought all was well and good leaving the store, i discovered two weeks later that the technician that opened my air filter box actually broke 2 of the 4 bolts that secure it to the base. No mention of it, no alert, no apology. .in fact- they never focused away from selling an air filter when the existing was clean! After breaking the first bolt - you'd think AT LEAST they'd use some Liquid Wrench to avoid a repeat. Beware!
