  Sean is awesome!! We left our sunglasses in the car after we returned it and he was kind enough to ship them to our house!

  Very helpful, fast paced service. The gentleman I returned my car to this morning was fast and helpful, kept me out of the rain, and arranged my ride to the airport. I will definitely use enterprise again.

  I want to say big thank you to Sean for being very kind. Today I came in with the car that was damaged by someone who decided to hit it and leave and even though I told you I didn't have any money you didn't look down on me. You kept telling me it's okay you know and you even offered to pay for Uber to my house and you don't know where I live but you offered and that was very nice of you.... But what I didn't know that even when it's not my fault if somebody hit it and left then I'm going to have to pay. No one ever explained it to me. I know I came in. I rented it at the Weymouth location but still nobody had ever told me. I did get insurance on the car and because Geico who was paying for the car because the reason why I had a rental is because in late August somebody rear-ended me while I was at a red light so there insurance this guy called they're paying for the for that rental and they only paid initially for 3 days they said and then you can like add on. I'm sure you guys know that that's how insurance do it so and that's the reason why the cashier there made a mistake only charged me of 3 days of insurance. I never told them to stop it now the day before this incident. Thursday night I get a call from the manager. I'm not going to say her name. She called me. She was very nice. I explained to her that because I am not working and I don't have the financial means. I said you know I really can't pay for the insurance and she's like well. Yeah it's you know still on but she's like you know when I kept talking to her she was very nice. She's like well you know what. Let me take care of that for you. I'll just take it off okay so she was able to just do it for the 3 days initially that I had you know got now I feel this accident I did not cause it. Why should I have to pay? No one told me I would be liable to pay. If somebody like hit the car and left then I would have been like okay. No no you should keep it. The person should explain to me how important it is for me to keep the insurance and not take it off. Yes she was very nice. Yes she was trying to be helpful but still she should have told me no. You should keep it just in case. Blah blah blah I would have been like okay cuz it was out of my pocket was 25 dollars a day 's but I don't feel like I need to pay for this. I didn't do it and I don't have the money to pay for the damage of the bumper. I really don't..
