I booked a minivan online very last minute (at 4pm when they closed at 6!), after an awful experience at the Weymouth Hertz where the guy gave my rental to another customer and then was a total jerk to me. I left that place in tears and when I arrived at Enterprise I was expecting them to tell me I was out of luck since its a specialty vehicle and it was only 2 hours before closing. Instead of turning me away, these guys went above and beyond to get me a van so I could take my family to NYC the next morning! The only van they had wasn't available to rent because it needed an oil change, so Patrick drove to the garage and managed to get them to squeeze in a very last minute oil change for me even though the mechanic was short staffed. Every single member of the team, Patrick, Ryan, Finn, and Mike, were so accommodating and kind to me throughout the entire experience, never making me feel bad for the last minute booking and even offering to drive the rental to my house so I wouldn't have to leave my personal vehicle in a lot overnight. I honestly cannot say enough great things about the customer service and just general kindness and willingness to help after what was surely a long and busy day for the team. Dropping the car off this morning was quick and easy and the whole team was there again with their bright smiles and kindness. I will 100% be recommending this location to my friends and family and will rent from them first from now on. Thank you, Patrick, Finn, Mike, and Ryan for turning a bad experience into a great one for me and my family!!

Their vehicle selection is very limited, and reservations do not always guarantee the size you expect. While they did call ahead this time, this is not the first time as in past visits I have arrived to pick up a reserved vehicle only to be told that the requested size was not available and that I would have to take whatever they had on hand. Not worth the hassle!
