They stated it is because my motor mounts are bad, and declined to fix it since it is 3 months over a one year warranty. Cheap parts, charging too much, stay away! Edit: Thank you for responding to my review, you just confirmed everything I stated: that you install cheap parts that expect to fail right after a year. In addition to that, there is a HUGE difference between wear and tear due to vibration, and a rust and decay. After all, picture doesn't lie
