  Everyone at this facility was great--all were competent, personable, helpful, and fun to interact with. The vehicle I ended up with was fine though it was not the vehicle I requested. But it worked out just fine. Many thanks to all of the employees, and when I'm in the area again, I will definitely rent from this facility.

  I am in disbelief how unethical and unprofessional the Enterprise damage claims department is. I am actively fighting a claim that I did not cause, nor was I in the vehicle when it happened. Car was parked in a safe area. The person that hit my rental accidentally a few weeks ago has already agreed to cover the "$1000 rental damage fee" and there insurance would be taking care of the damage entirely. I keep getting harassing emails from there so called "claims department" yet I was told by the local faculty and management I would be reimbursed for the fee and nothing was going on my insurance. So far I haven't been reimbursed anything. They told me face to face I was not at fault and the other person called them on the phone and said they hit me so I have legitimate concrete proof. I have rented from this place for years with no issues and I always brought the vehicles back in good working order. This is a very bad look for them now and I will not be bullied by them. Enterprise do the right thing and dismiss this fraudulent charge.

  The car was in great shape and the service was excellent. I was disappointed that they were not able to pick me up and drop me off, since they have fewer staff members on weekends.

  Fast, friendly service, free upgrade due to original vehicles tire damage. I'd rent from this location again.
