I was told a tech would call me, and that call didn't come until 1, an hour after my scheduled appointment. I was told my glass was still in transit and wasnt even delivered yet, that a manager was supposed to call and let me know that morning, they did not. The tech finally called again Around 2 and said he would be there at 230, and at that point decided to tell me it was an aftermarket windshield. He was nice and installed it quickly. However, I got a windshield with warped glass. And now I have to start the process all over. Save your self time and frustration and use another facility.
