  These guys are so great!! I scraped into the parking lot at 9:30am on Weds (5/29) after my car very suddenly started making awful sounds from the front end, in a way that felt unsafe to drive. I was stuck with no transportation and no ride, and the guys quickly got me in for a safety inspection. It ended up being a piece of hardware that had been badly installed (somewhere else). They fixed it quickly and sent me on my way! They were kind, easy to work with, thoroughly explained everything to me, and inspected all of the brakes to make sure I would be safe. These are good people, and I highly recommend them for your brake, muffler, and maintenance needs!

  I went to Monro for the first time because I was told by a co worker that they did free tire rotations. After I got the oil change I was told they did not do tires because it wasn’t necessary. I was extremely disappointed. After being home a few days I started to notice spots in driveway. Monro forgot to put on my coolant cap. It was hanging luckily. I will never go back to Monro again and certainly won’t recommend them. If you advertise free tire rotations then do it!

  Got me in and out quickly to swap out snow tires (had a scheduled appt). Mark was great. The corporate move to using an overseas call center is awful tho. Try to deal directly with the store itself as the people on the other end of the call center have NO idea what they're talking about in terms of schedule (they overbook) or rates. I do online to reduce frustration.

  great guys work here awesome management! i was towing trailer and tires were flat quickly becoming a dangerous situation! i pulled in they filled every tire on truck and trailer no charge at all!! they have won my business!! honesty and kindness is rare these days ! especially in the auto world!

  Excellent service very professional. I have done business with Monroe prior. I would recommend them without question. Service in timey manner and saved money. Live is good.
