  Got a good fair trade-in on my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek, Mercedes was wonderful in explaining everything, and responsive in answering all of my (many!) questions, providing and updating deal sheets and stickers electronically throughout the day so I understood all of my options. Her patience was incredible! Once we made an informed decision based on the data (2026 Crosstrek Hybrid), Carter was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient in bring us through from the test drive to the final purchase (not to mention his great sense of humor!). I highly recommend Haddad Subaru for purchasing a new car.

  Another great experience at Haddad SUBARU! Just picked up my 2026 Forester this week. It was an easy transaction from start to finish. Miley was our salesperson, happy to see our former salesperson, Ally, promoted to sales manager! Finance person, Karissa was great too. As a woman who has always found working with an all male car purchasing team kind of annoying, it was refreshing to see the industry is shifting and the whole team was women! This is our 7th Subaru from Haddad and I will continue to buy/lease cars there in the future. Had to bring the car back two days later to get state inspection, was given a loaner which made it very easy. Very happy with both the experience and the car!

  Great experience working with Abby. From start to finish she made the buying process very easy and explained everything down to the last detail. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to visit Haddad Subaru and see Abby.

  Very professional, helpful, and listened to exactly what I was looking for when it came to getting a new car. The service department Brianna who I dealt with prior to deciding to purchase was absolutely fantastic. I never had to wonder what was going on and if I called she was on top of it. She handed me over to Mercedes, then Abigail whom sold me my car. Abigail was very helpful and I am very pleased with my purchase. I have to say over all I am very impressed with the customer service I received from everyone at Haddads Suberu. Thank you!
