I’ve walked in without an appointment a few times and they’ve taken me in immediately and had me out in less than 10-15 minutes each time. I purchased my last set of tires from them and they rotate/retorque for free if you’ve purchased from them. They removed metal shrapnel and patched my flat for free as well. Can’t say enough good things about these guys!
