The day before the appointment I received a confirmation text, then the day of the appointment I got another confirmation text. I got to their shop and they said that the tires weren't in yet, but they had some other ones that would work. One set was $200 more, another set was $100 more. I told them to call me when they were in. Then when I got home I thought better of it, and called and cancelled the tires. Maybe if you don't have the tires that someone ordered you could call them before they get there? Also, the TV blasting FOX News in the waiting room didn't do the place any favors. I'll go anywhere else in town.

I was going out of town… My car was done quickly and when I got the bill I was pleasantly surprised. I had expected the worst but they only needed to balance the tires. No alignment needed 🤗. When they found out I was traveling… they cam out and did a quick lug nut check on the tires. These people were great. Friendly and efficient! I will definitely go back when I need tires.
