    I have been a customer for more than 3 years now. They moved from north Adams to pittsfield. It’s not even 12 hrs and they called me and told the car can’t be fixed and they will start adding parking charge. It’s 8 in the morning and it’s holiday season. With some research I found out the company has just been bought by some old dude and the rest you can dig yourself. Also, they don’t have any receptionist and they have hired some people offshore. America First Period.

    I went in for a simple oil change. Immediately afterwards receiving my car back it smelled horribly of exhaust fumes. My car has had a long history of being well maintained and regularly serviced. I called to inquire as to why my car suddenly smelled like exhaust after having an oil change. I was mocked about how exhaust smells have nothing to do with an oil change. The real question is why my car suddenly smells of exhaust after leaving it in their care after an oil change. They said they'd pencil me in half a week later to have a look at the vehicle, but never took my info. I have every reason to suspect that they're not going to review their work and charge me for some kind of unnecessary inspection. After which my car will require additional parts and labor charges for an issue that never existed prior to their handling of the vehicle. Avoid at all costs unless you personally know who will be working on your vehicle. It's not worth the risk, even for a simple oil change. Update: I was recently able to inspect the vehicle myself and found that the oil cap was not put back after the oil change. I allow my mother to use my vehicle most of the time so it normally stays with her. When I called about the missing gas cap i was berated about why I hadn't called sooner, how an oil cap would suddenly go missing, they reported they hadn't found an oil cap insinuating that I somehow lost it as if an oil cap is something that's removed on a regular basis. They were acting like I was trying to scam them out of an oil cap. I was tempted to just buy a new one from an auto store, but wanted to give them an opportunity to make things right. They did purchase an oil cap and had it rushed to me when I arrived, but the whole ordeal was an order of magnitude more painful than it needed to be. Nobody ever owned up to the mistake, I was treated like they thought I was trying to scam them the whole time. The missing oil cap was absolute proof that the fumes I was smelling were definitely a result of the service I received at this location and the original gaslighting was entirely unwarranted. During the whole process there wasn't a single apology (aside from the impersonal, seemingly automated reply to the review), admission of a mistake, and the replacement of the oil cap felt more like the appeasement of an ungrateful customer than actually trying to make things right.
