  This place is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They are irresponsible and have no idea what the word respect means. We negotiated a car, and when it was time to sign the papers, they started with excuses and lies. In the end, they sold the car to someone else without even having the decency to call me and let me know. On top of that, they wasted my time over and over, and the customer service was terrible—especially from a woman around 60 years old who was nothing but rude and disrespectful. They have no ethics, no professionalism, and no honesty. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are liars, they don’t keep their word, and they make their customers feel worthless.

  I went to Johns when I got a new car, where the monitors were not ready for inspection.Instead of just taking my money for- a service that was not necessary, they advised me how to remedy the problem without cost or much effort. Many places would have taken the money for an unnecessary service. Very professional and appreciated... Thank you John's Automotive
