This morning, I became another customer in what I have discovered is a year plus long line (according to Google Maps reviews I read) of customers who have reserved a car for pickup online only to arrive at this absurd excuse for an Enterprise branch and be told “Too bad, we don’t have any cars.” The attendant and the manager were beyond unhelpful. They were dismissive, behaving as this kind of bait-and-switch is normal business for them. Again, just look at the 1 star reviews on Google Maps and you will see that THIS IS A REGULAR ISSUE for this branch. Enterprise- your comments saying “we want to look into this further” are clearly void of any action to correct the issues at this branch, otherwise I wouldn’t have gone through what tens of other customers have gone through over the past year at this location. I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for more than 10 years, and I’ve never had such an abysmal experience. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

The customer service was terrible; they didn't seem to know the company they work for, they didn't understand the reasons behind things, and they didn't provide any reliable or accurate answers. I had to call them myself to confirm my reservation on the same day, and they told me they didn't have any cars available for me, and they didn't even notify me in advance. I rented the car because I needed to travel from Pittsfield to New York for an international trip, and now I'm forced to change my entire itinerary because of Enterprise's irresponsibility.
