I live in adams, massachusetts.I rented a car from enterprise.My car was being fixed at t and m motors?The staff there went above and beyond to take care of their customer.I'm really impressed with the staff that works there in the future I recommend that company great customer service.I give that company our 15 star excellent!!!!!!

Let me edit this to include that all the employees were great. Only issue i had was corporate saying there was no cars available but our local facility assured they did and got me there.

We were in a car accident that wasn't our fault and we needed a rental car. We went to Enterprise and got the car and everything was great. We had to put a $100 deposit down that we were told we'd get back when we return the car. We ended up using the car for approximately 2 weeks and returned it in the same condition we picked it up. When we got there we were told we could not have our $100 back because the the insurance company of the driver who is at fault had it paid for the last 4 days of our rental car. They said we couldn't have our money back until the insurance company paid the bill. It's been about 3 weeks since and we still don't have our money. This accident was not our fault, the payments from the insurance company are not our responsibility and we did everything we were supposed to. Why they won't give us our money back is almost criminal. I guess that's how Enterprise makes extra money. They screw people like us out of $100.
