Within 10 minutes, I had the wiper and said he would replace it! We went to the parking lot, off with the old and on with the new one, and I was on my way. Very friendly, funny, competent, and so willing to help! Thank you, Dave, and great job!

The store Manager, Dave came outside and asked me if I wanted to wait inside for the few min until they officially opened. Once inside he asked what I needed I told him a battery. He looked up the batteries explained the differences to me and didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. He offered to install it for me which was great because I'm not handy and would not be capable of doing it. I didn't tell Dave that, he just offered. He was super polite and professional. I would highly recommend going to that chain. The one in Holyoke is amazing as well. Thank you Dave!
