If I could give zero stars I would.

My review is low because one of the cashiers (younger woman, don't remember her name) charged me extra for the windshield wiper extended warranty without asking, she just added it in automatically. I got my replacement blades from a different associate without a hassle. If anyone else checks you out, you're fine. If she checks you out, make sure to double check everything before paying so you're not being billed for services you never asked for. I'm moving, so not shopping here will be simple, but I wanted to make sure other customers are aware of the scummy behavior of this one associate.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
