  I had a great experience at Sullivan Tire thanks to Helena. I came in needing a tire repair, and she took care of me right away without any hassle. Helena provided outstanding customer service—she was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything from A to Z so I knew exactly what was going on. It’s not often you come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Helena!

  I called to get my tires rotated Monday morning 8/25/25. I talked to Mike he said bring it in at 12:00. I got there at 11:45. The young lady that greeted & checked me in was very nice. Her & Mike are great; I overheard Mike take care of some customers he was very professional. I was a mechanic for 43 years & had to speak to customers regularly. It was nice to see someone know what they are talking about & treat customers with respect.

  Great customer service. Highly recommend. Feels like a family run business. Picked up a screw on my run flat Friday night. Called around 9:30. The guy who answered found the tire I needed in another location and had it transported to their location. He made me an appointment at 12 and I was out by 1. I'll be using them from now on. Kudos to Helena at the front desk. Customer service is the key. Thank you.
