On my invoice I received, it says they added windshield wiper fluid, when I got my car back, they surely did not add any windshield wiper fluid. Dry as a bone. Seems pretty lazy & to put in the invoice that they added the fluid really just annoys me even more. Wont be returning or recommending this location ever.

Synthetic oil change was around 100$ but they have coupon for 15$ off on their website. Still on the high end of things. I get it cheaper at the dealership

In literally 20 minutes I get a phone call from their corporate office denying the damages. I will never go back again. This visit cost me more money when I thought they were doing me a favor and saving me money! If you value your personal property stay away!

The man helping me disappeared after a few minutes and never came back...I had to ask for someone else to help me since it had been so long. They said, "Wait, he never came back?!?! We're so sorry." and got someone else to finish it...Turns out the man helping me was the manager and didn't even communicate to his team that he had to step out to help another customer. Still paid a lot for the service, as usual. The oil change itself was fine but I wouldn't go back to this one.
