I have used this store every time I come up from down South, not once do they ask for your phone number to see if you get a discount. Yesterday I asked the guy if he was going to look up my number after he rang me up, he did and I saved $10.00. you can't trust these people, in this store as today I went back and another worker didn't ask for my number.
Customers beware of these shiesters.

Chris Sheldon really helped me out of a bind. car died on vacation, chris took a look (on a Sunday afternoon when everyone else was closed) got me a new battery and back to my vacation in literally minutes. He also gave me some helpful pointers for the future. Tremendous experience, highly recommend AutoZone Orleans

Desperately needed new windshield wipers and went to this place - Andrey was super helpful! He found wipers that fit my car and actually installed them! Never had such good service anywhere else

This store is a joke. Clueless, unhelpful staff. The guy looked supremely annoyed that I dared speak to him while he was chatting with his buddy, and I had to beg and plead with the girl to let me borrow a wrench, so that I could go install the $220 car battery i just purchased (in the rain, no less!) Really can't think of a reason to ever spend another dime here.
