  I came to this location 4 months ago and I rent a asked to rent a car for few months and I have been told that I just need to bring the car every month to resign the contract .so I did it for 4 month and before I went for a vacation before almost 1 week of resigning time - I went to return the car and let them know that Im going just for a vacation for 2 weeks and I want the car be ready for the same price in the 12th April . So Rob Confirm it to me with the managers - but after I came back from my vacation I went to the store to pick up the car and I found a new manager that he tried to charge me more and I told him I already had a deal 4 month ago and I confirmed it with the team before I left - that manager treat very bad even i couldn't keep a car that I brought from JFK for another day and I mentioned that I can pay any amount because it Sunday and I need to keep the car for another so he said No " he said he canceled that contract too and he doesn't have a car for me" This is the way of the store treat a lowel client that he rented a car for 4 months and more when it was slow and nobody renting a car . This is how they treat client I learned a lot of things from that experience- they don't care about the client or loyalty they just car about taking advantage from anything anytime

  Came in to pick up my rental was turned away because of my chime credit card. I’ve been renting with enterprise for over a year and never had an issue. I don’t use my bank card because they put account holds for each day I rent making it 10x more expensive. This needs more consistency from each location national wide. Again have not had any issues in the past 13 months until today. Will not be returning to this location again.
