  I had unfortunate situation of losing my prior car because of being rear ended and I wanted to replace with something similar. I ended up getting a Nissan rogue here. The process was fairly straightforward as far as dealerships go and Kyle was very helpful and professional during, as well as after when there was a few more hoops to get through as I live in Rhode Island. The dealership even delivered the vehicle to me where I work!

  I had an outstanding experience working with my Kyle, and I can confidently say he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. From the moment I scheduled a test drive, he was very knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me get into the specific vehicle I wanted! What impressed me most was his commitment to going above and beyond, even post the purchase of my vehicle. I had to contact them about a minor repair I needed on the car and him and the team made sure to immediately address my questions and concerns and resolved that process up as smoothly and quickly as possible. If you’re in the market for a car and want someone who truly cares about your experience, I highly recommend working with Kyle. I wouldn’t hesitate to send friends, family, or anyone looking for a vehicle his way. Honorable shout out to the manager Ravi too!

  Chris at the Norwood site was amazing to work with. I had an uphill battle for months to get to the point where I could purchase a new vehicle and he was in contact with me all through the way, but I never felt he was being pushy or just trying to make a commission. He offered me advice about various things regarding my former vehicle and always stayed in touch but was very patient. Once I was able to start actually purchasing a vehicle, the entire staff at the Norwood site was insanely hospitable and offered all sorts of comfort and advice. They consistently made me feel they had my best interest at heart and weren’t just there to make a sale for numbers. They were all genuine, friendly, and helpful. The process was easy and comfortable and never forced. Nothing but compliments!

  Kyle, Marco and Malaki we're excellent to work with. They made the process extremely easy and the best experience I ever had buying a car. It wasn't a pain and they were honest and upfront. They did not try to upsell you or hide any fees or pricing. Would recommend working with them.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise from start to finish. I worked with Chris and he was so helpful and made the process very easy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. The whole process was smooth and transparent, and I really appreciated their honesty. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience!
