    Great work and great service!! Thank you Erik Decastro for your help! He was very helpful and informative throughout my time there and when I was running a few minutes late towards closing to pick up my car he stayed longer to help me pay my bill and get my car back so I could be at work the next day! Thank you again for your kindness and patience. I will always come back to this location because of employees like Erik!!

    The TECH at this location with long white bushy hair did a ton of damage to my car when I brought it there in June 2024 for a simple new tires installation & rotation, Alignment, & Oil Change/ Service. It took 6 hours for the work to get done & I waited the entire time & observed this specific tech there. HAD TO RETURN SEVERAL TIMES the week afterwards to have SOME of the issues they caused to my car fixed & corrected. This doesn't include the damage THEIR TECH DID/CAUSED TO MY CAR which was: (#1)FRONT BUMPER/ BRACKETS DAMAGE & knocked loose-it needed to be bolted back on & I had to pay for this with my own money (paid $55.00 out of my own pocket to local shop to fix this).(#2) Thumbnail-sized GREASE STAIN /streak smeared on upper right side of driver's seat backrest.(#3) The TIRE WELL SPLASH GUARD TORN/eventually fell off completely ($419 was dealership price given to replace), &(#4) The SEIZED E-BRAKE CABLE the tech caused due to him yanking it as hard as he could every time he took car in & out of bay for no reason on flat parking lot outside bay causing it to 'seize' as a result (est. $700+ to replace per dealership estimate).(#5)Tech appeared amped up on something & also 'touched'/messed around with things he wasn't supposed to touch under my hood where engine is & was never granted permission to touch anything else under my car's hood & knocked the hose/filter loose resulting in gas guzzling & loud suction noise when accelerating. which was NOT what I authorized & came there to have done which was a simple FRONT NEW TIRES PURCHASE, rotating existing front tires to the rear, Oil Change/Service, & an Alignment. Tech guy kept repeatedly sticking his gigantic hands down into the engine under hood up to his shoulder messing around with things in entirely different sections on my Honda than the tires areas. (#6) Tires were leaking air pressure & balance light kept coming on & shop corrected this after the 3rd time returning here. NORWELL CORPORATE OFFICE STAFF offered to have me drive 50 miles away to their HQ shop to have their "Head Technician take a look at it" & the damages listed the tech caused which I couldn't do since it was a 50 mile drive on my own gas & time. They IGNORED/NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED the listed damage complaints and the issues with the tech. *They REFUSED/NEVER OFFERED TO REIMBURSE and/or PAY FOR THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED TO MY HONDA EITHER. When I said I'd have to have the mechanics I trust @ Honda dealership do any repairs, they refused & said I'd "have to have any damage repaired at their Sullivan Tech HQ shop only", not my mechanic or dealership. I'd never have any further work done anyways by this company as a result. [RE OWNER RESPONSE-the seized E-Brake cable needs to be REPLACED AS A RESULT @ dealership, & CANNOT be "LUBED"/ fixed. Both the Honda dealership & reputable Mom & Pop Automotive Shop confirmed it needed to be replaced as a result of being seized. The sole location Sullivan Corp offered for their Tech HQ shop was in Attleboro, a 34 miles drive from my home each way=total of 68 miles I would've had to drive on my own time & dime. They never offered any close shop option near my house at the time in Marshfield only a few miles away & never responded when I asked if this was possible numerous times. They aren't considerate of customer's time & gas money & think nothing of making customers come back & forth to have shoddy work & damage corrected].

    Our tire was damaged by a curb. Because we got the Protection Plan, it was replaced. Quick, professional service. It gives me peace of mind to know that my family members know where to call for any tire problems.

    GO HERE! I recently got new continental pro contact tires and a new tpms sensor from here. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I had an issue where the sensor put a tpms sensor light on my dash and they immediately took the car back without question and fixed the issue. I also have a door that sticks when it’s cold outside which they fixed WITHOUT ME ASKING and never said anything to me which showed they did it out of pure kindness. I could not be happier with my experience and if you need absolutely anything I highly recommend coming here. The only improvement I recommend is cleaning the lubricant they use to put the tire on the rim that is difficult to get off but that is an extremely minor complaint when considering how much they did for me. I will be going back to this exact Sullivans tire any time I need new tires. I am very difficult to please but I was extremely impressed. Thank you to all the workers at Sullivans in Norwood!
