- DMDavid MedeirosDec 19, 20255.0GO HERE! I recently got new continental pro contact tires and a new tpms sensor from here. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I had an issue where the sensor put a tpms sensor light on my dash and they immediately took the car back without question and fixed the issue. I also have a door that sticks when it’s cold outside which they fixed WITHOUT ME ASKING and never said anything to me which showed they did it out of pure kindness. I could not be happier with my experience and if you need absolutely anything I highly recommend coming here. The only improvement I recommend is cleaning the lubricant they use to put the tire on the rim that is difficult to get off but that is an extremely minor complaint when considering how much they did for me. I will be going back to this exact Sullivans tire any time I need new tires. I am very difficult to please but I was extremely impressed. Thank you to all the workers at Sullivans in Norwood!

I was quoted an unexpectedly high price for a standard tire, and when I asked about a more affordable option, there was little effort or urgency shown in helping me find one. Despite having a scheduled appointment, my car wasn’t even brought into the shop until I asked the desk about the delay. The response I received was a sarcastic “you’ve only been here 20 minutes,” which was unnecessary and unprofessional. After that, I still ended up waiting exactly 40 minutes for a simple task: removing a spare and installing a tire. For such a basic service, the delay was unreasonable and reflected poorly on the shop’s overall efficiency. What started as a smooth interaction quickly became a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on the service and blatant disregard I received.

I have this KID YELLING at me, and repeating that IF ITS NOT DEEMED REPAIRABLE then I have to REPLACE that one ,AS WELL AS THE OTHERS if they don't meet THEIR THRESHOLD! Umm excuse me!?... I would TRUST YOUR JUDGMENT on what is REPAIRABLE or Not After this brief interaction! Obviously ALL you have to do IS TELL pple they ALL need to be replaced. So what's the point of even attempting to do business with you!

My wife had a blowout on interstate 95 tire was completely gone, had to get a tow because I didn't have a wheel locking key. I called Sullivan in Norwood and Jesse followed through with everything he told me he could do on the phone. Appreciate the service so much. Will definitely be back in the future! 5 Star service.
