The insurance company scheduled the replacement in our back yard, which was much more convenient than having to go to a shop. Our technician was Eliezer, he arrived earlier than initially planned and was very professional and competent. He had all the tools and gear in the van, and all the knowledge and experience to do the job. I observed him from home and was impressed, he was well organized, methodical and patient, going thru the many steps of opening the hood, removing many plastic components and rubber gaskets around the windshield. He then installed the new glass and also transferred the inspection sticker and the little velcro stickers for the EasyPass transponder. The cost was $450 (covered by my insurance), certainly not cheap but reasonable for the quality of service, and in my case also inevitable. Good experience overall !
