    Just left this place .. 2 technician talking at the front desck .. 3 customer seating n waiting plus me walking in.. not even look at me n say hi or good morning n I wait n front of them for 10 min. Nothing I feel completely invisible .. I walk away very desappoined .. need alignment n my two cars .. ford f150 n BMW 530xi 👎👎👎

    I would like to add to the five star reviews for the Norwood Monro auto service center. It is so nice to find a well run shop that cares about its customers. The managers Donald and Tom went above and beyond and were so personable compared to the average customer experience. And because it was my first visit, I was expecting add-ons or hidden costs from a posted online price, and there weren't any. The advertised price was spot on and very competitive. Makes it very easy to return to this shop again for auto service needs in the future.
