  ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE MY NEW XC90. Working with Anastasiia at the Volvo dealership was honestly such a refreshing experience. First of all — we have the same name, so obviously I trusted her immediately 😂 but beyond that, she was just real. No weird sales energy, no pressure, no talking in circles. She actually listened to what I wanted, answered my questions straight up, and made the whole process feel calm and easy. It just felt like talking things through with someone who genuinely knows her stuff and wants you to feel good about your decision. If you in the market for some new wheels- ask for Anastasiia. Great name even better service

  My husband and I have each owned a Volvo for the last 5 years. At first, we loved them. The 2021-2023 models were fantastic. Once we got into a 2024 model, it went downhill. We aren’t sure what changed, but we are currently in 2025 models and we couldn’t be more unhappy with them. The software is terrible. We cannot reliably connect our phones via Bluetooth (it consistently requires disconnecting and reconnecting several times), the sound in my car stops working 1-2x/month and I have to do a hard reset, a month into getting my car the automatic break was stuck and I had to actually get my car towed from our garage. In my husband’s car, his Maps app has stopped working and it cannot identify his location, doesn’t update, a hard reset doesn’t work, and it’s ridiculous. We have done all the software updates possible. Nothing helps. The icing on the cake was taking our cars into this Norwood dealership for service, and they skipped over completing my state inspection. Since then, I’ve received two parking tickets for an expired tag. I’ve tried calling the dealership to get it handled, but cannot get through to anyone. I also emailed the general manager but have not heard back. Update: I spoke with the GM (Nick), and he was very apologetic. He will reimburse us for the tickets and explained the map thing could be due to the fact we didn’t drive it far enough after the software was updated. He assured me it will be sorted out. I felt this was very good customer service and appreciated his attention to this matter.

  We went to multiple dealerships test driving plug-in hybrids and we could not have asked for better service than what we got at this dealership. We ended up going for a XC60 plug-in hybrid, and everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and made sure we were happy with the vehicle we chose (even taking the time showing us multiple trim levels). They even worked with us on price to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase, which most dealerships were not willing to do. We had a fantastic experience with Nour in sales and would definitely recommend going to this dealership if you are in the market for a new car!

  Warning About Volvo Brand Since New Chinese Ownership In November 2021 I purchased a new 2022 Volvo XC60 Plug In Hybrid from Herb Chambers Volvo. I paid over MSRP for the vehicle. The car is under warranty for the Hybrid System. Unfortunately I have been unable to drive the car for over 3 months due to a battery failure that required a covered warranty replacement. Volvo has no timeline for the part to be available and has not offered me any resolution to the issue. I have made repeated attempts to contact Nick the General Manager of Herb Chambers Volvo but my calls are ignored or screened by his team. I was actually told I need to "deal with the brand" and open a case with their never ending hold phone system. Once connected with Volvo corporate I was threatened by their representatives that If I "escalated my case" they would close it and stop responding. Right now I have a car I cannot drive and need to hire a lawyer to sue a Chinese multinational conglomerate in order to get my car back. Buyer beware don't purchase from this brand it's not what it used to be. UPDATE after 2 weeks Nick has not made contact with me nor has Volvo fixed the issue. I have called the dealership and only got his voicemail. Everyday when I call he is “on a conference call”

  Bought a car here in December, was told it had the full 200 point inspection done to it. Test drive went great and I felt as tho the sales process was smooth. Not even 2 weeks after I bought the car the engine light and the brake light comes on, both flashing, was told by them my warranty would be covered through their dealership and I could take it to any herb chambers to be serviced. I was denied service both here & the other 2 herb chambers dealerships I called, which is insane. Had to take it to another place to get it fixed. Not even a week after I needed the idler pulley and the shim replaced and my car has been in the shop. Super annoyed that I even have to be doing this when I was told the car was in great condition and seemed as tho it was, especially only a month of having the car myself. Feels like a waste of time and money. For sure deleted the codes off the dash and sold it off. Super unhappy and wish this wasn’t the case for a dealership who insists they do a “200 point inspection” and service the car before selling it. All little issues that are costly and could’ve been accounted for and taken care of before selling the car that I now have to deal with immediately after buying. Would not recommended buying a used car here
