And since getting the car home there has been nothing but disappointment. Failed the first inspection because it already needed new brakes?!? Then the back up camera stopped working within two days of having the car. After several long phone calls with no answers or getting anything resolved I ended up having to pay an arm and a leg at a different Volvo dealership that actually listened to me and got the problems fixed. Long story short the car has cost me more than a mortgage before the first month- not the cars fault but rather the dealerships problem for not inspecting the cars and taking the initiative to resolve problems.

We had found vehicles in their inventory online, not realizing they had just come off the delivery truck and were still wrapped in plastic ! Hisham made the super generous offer of having one unwrapped and quickly prepped for me so that I could drive it home and show it to my wife. This level of trust and commitment went a LONG way in convincing us to do business at this dealership (one of many we had visited). We were very happy with the terms of our final deal, and I look forward to future interactions with their team on our new car as well as future vehicles.
