We had called O'Reilly for comparison, similar cost but they could not install due to resetting the car's computer (Ford). We were in and out with a new batter installed in no time!! Thank you Advance Auto.

When you walk in the store and approach the counter, they look at you, and make you feel like you’re just a big inconvenience to them. The other day I was there and the guy behind the counter was on the phone with a customer on the other line and he was so annoyed by that so much that he made me feel uncomfortable. I’ll do the best I can to avoid this store at all cost.

When I came here to Advance Auto Parts in Norwood, Jose, the assistant manager, was outstanding. He quickly fixed the issue, made sure I had the right part, and showed that he truly cared about helping.
