They explain what work will be done, keep me posted on progress, and then recap what was done, what is needed in the near future, if anything. The work is done in a timely manner. The waiting area is clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Rest room is available, and vending machines. I have been going to Sullivan Tire Norwell for several years, and through several cars, and always a pleasant experience. Much more so that at a dealership, in my opinion (and I come from a family of "motor heads." Tires, are important, and I always get mine at Sullivan, but their mechanic work is also excellent. I have had brake jobs done, and even an exhaust system repaired, and they are keeping my 2013 Toyota Rav 4 with over 110,000 miles going strong. Thank you Sullivan Tire crew.
