  Customer service was excellent! I was told price before any work on my car was started and they also showed me the issue, gave me remedies to fix my situation. They couldn’t have been better.

  I went in last Saturday for a simple oil change, but it turned out my car needed a few additional repairs. The team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They took the time to show me the parts that were in bad condition and clearly explained what needed to be done. I really appreciated their honesty and patience. What impressed me the most was how far they were willing to go just to make sure my car was properly fixed. My car needed a filter they didn’t have in stock, and they even offered to run to the auto parts store before it closed at 12 to get it for me. That level of dedication is rare! Everyone there was incredibly friendly, genuine, and truly cared about helping me. I left feeling confident in the work they did and grateful for the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

  Had an appointment for tire installation tomorrow, and when I called to confirm they said they could get me in today if the tires arrived. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, and they got me in and out quickly and did a great job. Many other shops have refused to work on my vehicle because it's too low, but they were able to make it work. Great experience, definitely recommend these guys!

  Just don't go... scheduled an oil change, had multiple confirmation texts, showed up and the doors were locked with no one there. Called customer service, was put on hold for 10 mins, and then they hung up on me. If that's not enough, the kicker is that I told a friend and learned he had had the same thing happen, TWICE. Save yourself some time and find anywhere else

  I typically don’t write reviews, but my recent experience at Monro Automotive Services in Northampton compelled me to share. After struggling for four hours with a rear pad and rotor job on my 2016 Mazda CX-5—dealing with rust and seized bolts—I realized my caliper guide pins were compromised. Unfortunately, I couldn’t address that issue myself, and after installing new rotors and pads, my calipers continued to seize. I decided to tow my vehicle to Monro, having previously taken my car there unscheduled for new end links and having had my wife’s CX-9 serviced as well (for an oil change I believe). While those experiences were satisfactory, this visit was truly exceptional. The entire team went above and beyond to not only fix my issue but to ensure it was done correctly, even though removing and installing the calipers took longer than expected because some defect with the one of the ordered parts. The manager was particularly impressive, keeping me informed at every step and discussing the challenges and risks involved, all while the shop became increasingly busy. I don’t know the specifics of their wages, but after this experience, I would endorse giving this team a raise. Their dedication and professionalism made a significant difference, and I highly recommend their services.
