I showed up and the guy told me he couldn’t take me for another hour. I said ok and went to the gym. Then I came back and asked how long, the guy at the desk told me he doesn’t want to rush his guys and basically ignored me. I waited for another 45min only to be told that they didn’t have my oil or filter. Deep breaths. Look, I’m a very chill patient dude. I said ok thanks and left. And i get it, this company, Monroe, is some conglomerate that is completely disorganized and hierarchical. I don’t entirely blame the guys working there either. They are being given fragmented information and obviously things are getting lost along the way. Do better.

When parts were found, Daniel drove with me to be sure I got the right thing and brought the pipes back and had us back on the road on Friday. I couldn’t be happier with their service and kindness.
