    Since it was my first time renting a car in the U.S., I was a bit worried, but everything went smoothly from the online reservation to picking up the car and returning it. The staff at the desk was extremely friendly, which made the experience even better. I will definitely use Enterprise again next time. Highly recommended!

    Northampton Enterprise is a shady, unprofessional location. I reserved a car online - 10 days for hundreds of dollars. When I arrived to pick it up, I was given a car barely off the ground, with 4 donut tires. When I pointed out the tires and said it was unsafe, particularly with a snowstorm coming that day, the employee shrugged and said the only option was to upcharge me for another vehicle. I had no recourse in the moment, and was upcharged. This location has very limited hours, and there is no way to change details after hours or on Sunday when they are closed (online option refers to their phone number). When I returned the vehicle and asked for resolution, none was given. Unprofessional, rude and young employees are running this scam operation. Never again.
