    Nobody returns phone calls..... can't/won't fix oil consumption issue. Corporate is even worse. Garbage!!!!!

    I came in about the 2026 Tucson Hybrid limited that (according to their website) had a $18000 dollar discount attached to it. I was told over the phone that several people wanted this car and I’d need to come in today to put a deposit down. No problem, I drove right to the dealership prepared to put a deposit down, and finish up the paperwork. Then, tragedy struck, they told me it was a “clerical error” and that they weren’t even receiving the car… despite the website saying they were getting it on the 5th of December. Long story short, they were “unable” to honor their price online. I have been told by several people that this is false advertisement and that y’all should be reported to the state which I am SERIOUSLY considering. Hopefully this gets to the other “several people” who are allegedly interested in the same car and are coming in tomorrow to put a deposit down… on a car that allegedly isn’t even coming to their dealership. The salesman I dealt with however was nice, but after being told over the phone to come in to put a deposit today, then the events that followed after… it all left a bad taste in my mouth to put it lightly. It’s unfortunate because I had a great experience buying my vehicle at Gary Rome Hyundai in Holyoke. I wish I could have written a positive review about my experience today, but I can’t.

    I will say the people at this dealership are very nice, I will not argue with that. they greeted every customer and was always eager to help. However, I went in for a oil change, tire rotation, and a complementary car wash. I was told my 2:30 appointment would only take 1.5 to 2 hours on the phone, sure. At the dealership, I asked what time it would need to be done, they said it would be done well before 5:00 PM. I was not able to get to my car until 5:07 PM. At 4:40 PM I was checking in with the desk, asking how much more time there would be because I needed to get somewhere and they said my car was in line to get washed. I got the service video at 3:30, I think my car was in line for the wash for at least an hour. I don't know what type of car wash this dealership uses, but it needs to be revamped. I received my car and there was still dirt and grime on the car in multiple places. It looked like they just hosed it down and didn't do anything else. I also had a unique experience at this dealership as well. An older man came up to me and my boyfriend and started a conversation with us. He asked if I was Filipino and I said no, I am Chinese. Which was strange, but whatever. He then turns to my white boyfriend and asks if he met me in China. Girl, I am speaking to you in my American accent. Overall, I was unsatisfied with the timeliness of everything. If you need service here, overestimate the time needed.

    Pathetic service. Dropped it off at 8:45 for a 9 o’clock appointment. Came ba k at 11:30, and it hadn’t been touched. Wasted my whole day. No apology.

    Impossible to tell where to park and when I asked an employee he kinda laughed, shrugged, and pointed to an accessible parking spot (I do not have a placard). I parked in the strip mall lot and walked over. The person I had made an appointment with (Michael) wasn't there and someone named Grant said he’d help me. One of the vehicles I had originally been interested in had poor reviews online and from my mechanic. When I expressed interest in another vehicle he said they didn’t actually have it (it was on the website). I had a pretty firm out the door price and he just kept showing me things well above it and pushing financing on me. I left after less than 20 minutes.
