    Okay purchase experience (Grant). Not so much with the follow-on warranty service. The vehicle's clutch system failed just ~two weeks after I received the car. Country's shop took back the (undriveable) car and repaired the clutch system, but in the process broke / damaged / did not re-install at least three other components (exhaust mounts broken, expansion tank leaking, alignment out, under-engine splash shield MISSING)!! Being 2-1/2 hours away, I accomplished the additional repairs myself, but my repeated requests for compensation (~$600) have been ignored, for months. During my conversation with a sales manager, I was told, "there is NO way we're putting any more money into that car!", despite the damages still having happened while under warranty. Buyers (and sometimes sellers) roll the dice when dealing with used cars - it's a gamble I get it. But Country's ghosting in the face of real warranty failures is the type of thing that can give car dealers a bad name. But it's not to late to make it right - make it right please Country!

    This is my second newTucson purchase from Country Hyundai, I wasn’t planning on buying until next year but my interaction with Michael online convinced me to check it out! Jake was our salesman at the dealership and was extremely helpful. I had a vehicle in mind and even though they didn’t have one on the lot he found one for me! The transition was very smooth, we signed and drove home the same day with our new vehicle! Everyone at Country Hyundai is very helpful and friendly. The service department is fantastic, love the dealership. I highly recommend them!

He was patient through our decision making process, highly responsive, and made it clear he prioritizes each of his clients. Grant took the time to answer questions, set up and familiarize us with the vehicle features. He's earned future business with us and our referrals.

    Never had a positive experience with their service department. They're either trying to overcharge you for services (I was quoted almost $2000 at one point for a job that cost me $250 with my own shop), shaming you for not electing to do services or doing then with other shops, or they outright lie to you about what your car needs to scam you out of more money. Last time I was here I asked the tech to check my tires for a leak and they told me all was good, while I had several nails in one of my tires. I tried for weeks to schedule an appointment or at least talk to the tech I had an issue with to no avail. If I didn't have prepaid maintenance I would never step foot into this dealership again.
