He took his time explaining about batteries, and taught me a lot about installing it, while he installed it. I always like coming to this store but this interaction makes me want to come again and again, when I need to buy auto supplies.

I read the tire for her, and it clearly said 17! The dude actually came out and looked also, as he looked, I pointed out where to read it, because he was not looking there, and he said, "yeah, 17 " like it was nothing. I can't with people anymore.

I talked with Logan at check out & he helped me find the correct product. I was in the parking lot & couldn’t get the cap off the reservoir for the antifreeze! Grrr. I asked Logan for a hand.
