I am giving two stars vs one because the Palisade I bought is fantastic. Also, to be fair, they also gave me a very good price on my trade-in. They had the exact model I wanted so I did buy it from them, but my experience with this dealer was poor. There were many instances of misinformation, lack of response/respect. Some (but not all) examples: - Charged $224 more than the price I was quoted in writing (for out-of-state title fees), even though I was assured any difference for that would be minor. Told my dispute about $224 was "chump change". - On the day I arranged to pick it up, I had to call four times to confirm it was ready, since there was no response from their sales group. Placed on hold for 30 minutes while trying to confirm my pick up, only to have the call disconnected, with no call back. - Had the SUV delivered with one key, and was told I would get the second one ASAP. I had to call back more than a week later to track it down. They had it all along. - I called to give this feedback to a manager, left a message, and did not get return call. - I gave feedback via their web link (Contact Carla) since I could not get a call back. I did finally receive an apology and they confirmed the transaction was a "breakdown in basic respect". My family member had positive experiences buying a Hyundai from Gary Rome. Suggest you try there first.

When I dropped off my car on Friday morning at 7:30am, the tech asked “do you need it back today, or can we keep it for the weekend?” It’s now Wednesday of the following week, the car is “not drivable, but you can pick it up if you want to,” I have no timeline by which I can expect my car back, and “all of their courtesy vehicles are out with other customers” while I’m scrambling to make it to work.

I had a great experience buying my car from this dealership, especially working with Grant. Since I live a bit of a distance away, we handled the deal over the phone and there was zero hassle or back-and-forth—everything was straightforward and efficient. Grant was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. When it came time for delivery, they were even willing to bring the car 85 miles to my home, which says a lot about their customer service. I ended up coordinating pickup with my own plans, but the flexibility was appreciated. The car was perfectly prepped—clean, fully charged, and ready to go with everything taken care of. The finance process was also smooth and respectful of my time, with no pressure or unnecessary upselling. Overall, a really professional and easy buying experience. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. **Elijah S.** was incredibly patient, kind, and worked very hard to help me throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I also want to sincerely thank the manager,**Frank M.**, for working hard on the numbers and helping make the deal possible for me. He took the time to work with my budget and helped me get to a payment I felt comfortable with. I truly appreciate both of them for their professionalism, patience, and dedication. They made this a great experience, and I highly recommend this dealership!

Buy your car somewhere else. Recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan Rogue Sport from this dealership. When I test drove the car on a Thursday, the battery light was on. I figured no big deal, as for the age of the car it made sense that it would need a new battery. I signed the financing paperwork that night and was told I would have the car on Monday. I was allowed to keep my old car that I was trading in until the new car was ready. When the service department replaced the battery on Wednesday (yes, they did not have the car ready on Monday), other issues arose. I had been very clear that I needed the car by Wednesday night, as I was traveling out of town Thursday morning and my household would need to have two vehicles. But I got to keep my old car, so what's the big deal? Even though I had been able to keep my old car for the time being, the dealership had called my insurance company to transfer over the policy that morning. AKA my old car was now uninsured. When I requested a rental car from the dealership for their missteps, I was essentially ignored and was instead advised by the salesman that "it will be fine" to drive the uninsured vehicle. This whole time the dealership was hush hush about what work the car needed, and I even complained to the manager (who never responded). Only when the car was ready the following Monday did they tell me what had to be replaced. When I told them I was no longer interested in purchasing the vehicle, as I was not comfortable buying the car based on the repairs, I was basically told that I couldn't. I understand I signed the paperwork (I will never make that mistake again), but how can I not back out of a deal when the car I purchased is not in the condition I thought it was in? So I take the car because I feel I have no other option. When I finally have it in my possession, it has less than 1/4 of a tank of gas, and the detail job was sub par at best even though it had allegedly been detailed twice since I test drove it. I left two stars only because the actual day of buying the car was the least painful I have ever sat through. They did not try to pressure me into test driving cars out of my budget, nor try to get me to add all the extra packages. Granted, I would say even then this is a pretty low standard for two stars.
