  Terrible experience! Brought my car in for them to fix power steering pump vacuum control valve due to fluid leaking into my exhaust and making a lot of white smoke. After having my car for almost 2 days without ever calling me with an estimate as requested, I called and they had not even looked at my power steering and instead outrageously claimed that they gave me an oil change because my crankcase was supposedly overfilled by 5 extra quarts of oil which is absurd! They claimed my car was not smoking as much anymore because of the oil change. I then said I’m picking up my car and don’t you to do anything else and they charged me $219 for the oil change and their so called “diagnostics” and guess what, it is still blowing white smoke the same as before these incompetents did the oil change! I will never let these people ever touch my car again since this was the most expensive oil change ever and it was not even due for any oil change yet! Beware!!!

  Went for the first time today for an inspection. I was in and out super fast. They even helped me with my bike rack that was in the way. Super appreciate their service.

  I made an appointment to have my car looked at since it was making a strange noise over bumps Javier the desk attendant was great. The communication throughout the process was thorough and clear. Pricing was reasonable and they provided a breakdown of everything needed for repair. Managed to get an inspection while they were working on the car. Will definitely be returning in the future!

  Came in for inspection and oil change, and had my brakes done here earlier in the year. They were very accommodating and professional throughout the process. Informed me that my vehicle needed wipers and were able to change them on the spot to save me the hassle. Will be recommending Sparks to friends and family.
