  Very long-time customer. Many cars serviced and repaired. Today made me reconsider. Booked an oil change online last night for today and was quoted 64.99 due to a sale going on. Brought the car in this morning and was told it was now 94.99 since the sale was over. Told the cashier I booked it yesterday and printed out my receipt for 64.99 plus tax. “that was yesterday it’s expired. It’s 94.99. I left. I will check around other places or do it myself. Very disappointed in Goodyear especially after many years of good and reliable work on at least 5 cars. UPDATE: I called the number and spoke to a gentleman named Bruce who authorized an oil change at the 64.99 price. He then called the local store to set up the appointment and came back to tell me the oil change was now free due to the inconvenience of the situation. I called the local store and spoke with the gentleman Bruce suggested (Jacob) and set up the appointment for Saturday. Very pleased with the speed and resolution of the problem. Will continue being a customer and will view this as a bump in the road(so to speak)

  Horrible experience and extremely rude, dishonest staff. I waited over 3 hours just to have two front tires installed and balanced, which is completely unreasonable. At drop-off, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. Suddenly, without explanation, that turned into 3+ hours. When I called to ask for an update and question how changing two tires could possibly take that long, the employee became rude and dismissive. He sarcastically said, “Oh, so you’re the mechanic now? You know better than us?” Then he told me he wasn’t going to argue, said “It’ll be ready when it’s ready, we’ll call you,” and hung up on me while I was still speaking. Hanging up on a customer who is calmly asking questions is beyond disrespectful. Lying about wait times, giving attitude instead of answers, and treating customers like they’re a nuisance is unacceptable. I absolutely despise rude, unprofessional behavior, and this will be the last time I ever bring my car here for any kind of service. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values honesty or basic customer service.

  Made a last minute appointment online to get an oil change. Of course I get a voicemail indicating they close at 6 and will need to reschedule. Not a problem it was last minute. So I call and explain that I work 10 mins away and get out at 5pm the guy on the phone very nice said it’s not a problem to come at that time they’ll do my oil change. I get there and then I’m greeted with I left you a voicemail so this interaction wouldn’t happen. I’m like yes I received said voicemail but called back whomever I spoke with said I could come in. A bunch of excuses tried to put it back onto me. I mean I’ll just call it what it is the manager probably answered said yes I they can do it. He left for the day and they didn’t want to do my oil change. So now I’ll go somewhere else.

  They always take care of me and have from day 1. Been coming to them for years now and as a young female I have never been mislead or treated like anything less that most auto repair facilities take advantage of. Will always choose you guys for my vehicle needs!!

  was quoted $60 to balance and rotate my tires. when its finished -it was about$90! They never even did the work! The old wheel weights were still on the rims. Along with that -they ruined my power seat. Highly don't recommend...
