- TDTayla Duarte4 days ago1.0Made a last minute appointment online to get an oil change. Of course I get a voicemail indicating they close at 6 and will need to reschedule. Not a problem it was last minute. So I call and explain that I work 10 mins away and get out at 5pm the guy on the phone very nice said it’s not a problem to come at that time they’ll do my oil change. I get there and then I’m greeted with I left you a voicemail so this interaction wouldn’t happen. I’m like yes I received said voicemail but called back whomever I spoke with said I could come in. A bunch of excuses tried to put it back onto me. I mean I’ll just call it what it is the manager probably answered said yes I they can do it. He left for the day and they didn’t want to do my oil change. So now I’ll go somewhere else.
