  Due to a repeat OUI 12 years ago I have had to have a breathalyzer in my car for 2 1/2 years after an eight year license suspension and this is the third garage I had to go to due to being treated like a total low level criminal everywhere else and my own mother writing reviews after asking directly do you talk to all of your customers this way?! This garage has been the Worst, inhumane treatment I have received from anyone in any place ever and multiple witnesses including my mother and husband have noticed that each time I come to this garage for my Breathalyzer calibration there are multiple Snark rude comments by the men Who serviced the Breathalyzer and today was the last time I will go without reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau due to the amount of sarcasm I received after a work order was not sent for the calibration of my Breathalyzer but multiple men servicing In this garage were degrading and inhumane to me, Sarcastic, And treating me like the scum of the Earth so although the women are usually polite here and have always treated me fairly, I do not recommend this Garage due to the miserable, Low level service men who work here who have the audacity to speak to me the way they do each month as a paying customer! Multiple witnesses have seen the way they treat me like a criminal and like scum and I am going to the Better Business Bureau after this! So not recommended if you want to be treated like a criminal after 12 years of sobriety! Other types of customers are allowed to text and sit there and wait but they send you outside here like you are some kind of an animal If you even so much as text Someone! Disgusting that humans can treat customers this way-I am happy to say I got my breathalyzer removed after an upcoming hearing with the Rmv and would have sooner if an energy drink did not set the machine off with a small reading but I will certainly get it removed elsewhere!

  I had to get towed when my brake line went unexpectedly. Michael A was prompt, and extremely courteous.

  My friend was involved in a very serious MVA and Achins was the company called in to tow his vehicle. My friend was injured from the accident, and also very stressed about the financial aspect. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with kindness and humanity. Staff did all they could to help him financially, which was surprising because we experienced other tow companies that seem to only care about the $. They made us feel like we were respected and that they truly care about their clients/customers. Thank you again Achins for giving us peace of mind and working with us!

  Michael from Achin is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He rescued me on the side of the highway with tears in my eyes. In a world full of hate, Michael came with a smile and positive energy to help tow my Jeep all the way to Boston— THANK MIKE

  I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company (Achin’s) through AAA. This is my second encounter with this specific driver, and both experiences were highly unprofessional. BUT most importantly when I called AAA to file a complaint and say I don’t ever want Achin’s to tow my car or for any services, AAA told me that this is NOT an uncommon request!! Achin’s has been black listed by a ton of people. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE!!! The primary issues were: • Refusal of Service: Despite spending hours clearing snow to make the vehicle accessible, the driver refused to change the tire or perform the tow. I even offered a tip to accommodate the light rain, but he remained in his truck for 30 minutes without assisting. • Property Damage: While maneuvering, the driver backed into and knocked over my 84-year-old mother’s trash barrel. I have photos of his license plate and the scene, and I am seeking reimbursement for the damage. • Erratic & Unsafe Driving: The driver operated the tow truck aggressively, showing no regard for the vehicle or the surrounding property. • False Reporting: After I took a photo of his plate following the property damage, he falsely reported to AAA that I lacked registration and insurance. I had all legal documentation present (title, bill of sale, and valid plates from my recently sold vehicle), which he refused to review. This driver’s behavior is a liability to the community and a poor reflection on Achin’s Garage. I strongly urge management to review this employee’s conduct before serious injury or further property damage occurs.
