Based on my experience, even before getting the tires put on, I was impressed with the kind and caring email and telephone service. I got Falken tires put on today at a very competitive price. I also had a four wheel alignment done. The ride with the new tires is absolutely smooth and the handling is great! I met Annie and Dave in person today and they were truly caring people. I brought my six-year-old in and the environment was great in the waiting room-with excellent coffee as well! Annie was awesome with my six-year-old, showing her some figurines on her keyboard! Anyhow, I highly recommend Sullivan tires for service. High-quality tech service and truly caring people. Thanks so much…
