    I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. Steele was my main point of contact when I arrived to pick up my rental, and he was fantastic from start to finish. I had called the day before to request an earlier pickup time, and he immediately assured me it was no problem at all. I was also worried that a mid-size vehicle wouldn’t be enough space, and he helped me upgrade to a minivan without any stress. Steele went over the entire rental agreement thoroughly, explaining every term and option in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable signing. Then he walked outside with me and carefully reviewed the minivan’s exterior, pointing out what counts as a scratch and what doesn’t. Everything was clear, transparent, and professional. After that, I paid and was on my way—quick and easy. Drop-off was just as smooth and pleasant. When I walked in, the lobby was full, but both associates immediately acknowledged me, apologized for the wait, and let me know they’d be with me soon. Honestly, I didn’t mind waiting at all because the customer service at this location has been top-notch every step of the way. I stepped back outside to double-check that I had removed everything from the minivan, and when I returned, a family of three had come in and filled the small space. Nicaury noticed I had keys in my hand and kindly asked if I was just dropping off. When I said yes, she told me I could head out and that she’d call later to finalize everything. Sure enough, she called by 6:30, walked me through the closing process, and confirmed my $300 deposit would be refunded in 2–3 business days. Overall, I had a truly excellent experience with both Steele and Nicaury. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. I genuinely hope they receive recognition for their phenomenal customer service—because they absolutely deserve it!

    Dont go to any enterprise in the region. They pretend to help you but end up screwing you. Specially out of state people. If I could give a half a star I would just because he was closing up when i got there. Other than that they screwed me. Did not send me no paper work and a car that smelled like the freshest of fresh pot . Luckily i managed to explain the whole situation between this location and the one next to the stadium in Foxboro and get a discount when i paid. Very unprofessional and promise the world to get you in and jerk you around. Do not recommend go with national or hertz if you are near there. All smiles and heart to hearts just to get you. Take my comment or leave it no need to lie. They werent rude just scheming.

    This p[lace has the worst customer service. They tried to keep my security deposit. They lied after multiple calls over 6 months, giving me the run around. I finally got in touch with a supervisor, and was issue my deposit. It's so bad that one of the customer service reps, insisted I file a false claim with my bank in order to get my deposit. These people are a scam.

    I had the worse experience at this location on Washington Street in Attleboro MA. The staff there was very unprofessional not having the correct rental details. They wanted to file a claim to my insurance for damages that I didn’t caused to their vehicle. The only reason I am giving a star is because I’m not allow to give zero.
