( I was promised a vehicle comparable to the one being repaired- then the regional manager told the staff no, I couldn’t have it, because it was vacation week for regular paying customers 😳) That was a bit off-putting. They said they would put me on a list if a large SUV became available. They never called. When I called to get a vehicle with a third row after four days of waiting, and they said they had one, I drove a half hour there to show up to a vehicle that had no head rests in any of the back seats. They were all missing and I had to point that out to the staff. 😳 they never even noticed the head rests were missing.

Wife spoke to them in phone and they blamed it on Enterprise website and how it isn't reliable for inventory. Great! What a clown show.
