    My experience at Gills PointS Tires was pleasant. What I liked most is that they texted me while I was waiting, so that I would know when work had started on my car and when they were done. I also got a report texted to me with issues they found with my car, which included pictures too! Customer service was great, and the prices weren’t bad either. I’m a stickler for good service and that’s what I got! 👍🏽 Thanks!

    It was a very good experience. I called to ask about a couple different tires I was thinking about. They answered all my questions, made an appointment to get them installed. I showed up on time, they took my car right in and finished in a timely manner. Everything you want for getting tires.

    First time going there and I’ll definitely be back! They took amazing care of me and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. As a mom, nothing matters more than knowing your car is safe and reliable. They made sure everything was handled without making me feel like I was being charged an arm and both legs. Possibly my first born child. Honest, thorough, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend.

    I always have wonderful service at this establishment. This time was no different! I came in to get my car aligned because it was veering to the right even though I had just gotten it aligned a few months prior at a different auto shop. They took great care to look over my vehicle and discovered that one of my tires was completely different from the rest (from a different establishment). Instead of an alignment they ordered me 2 new tires, and I came in the next day to get them on. They made sure to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I had (they were also very open about all of the prices for service and new parts!). Turns out I still did need an alignment as well, but I ended up saving more money in the long run because they handled my vehicle with care and looked at all possible issues. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of service and individual customer care and I would not hesitate to return for any issues my car may have in the future.
