Casey explained thoroughly what was wrong with the tire, that it could be repaired quickly without having to buy a new tire and how the alerts on my dashboard would reset once my regular tire was back on, replacing the spare tire that set off the sensors. The repair wasn’t expensive at all either. Would highly recommend!

They were super helpful and had a really positive, solution-oriented attitude about my tire problem and the logistics to leave the car today. I appreciated the Lyft ride home and was offered a Lyft ride back but also some great encouragement to walk (after I mentioned my unmet daily exercise goal!). Definitely recommend these guys for customer service and solving tire problems!
