  I had a flat tire and had the doughnut on the vehicle. The employee at the desk was so nice and helpful. The mechanic was very helpful and told me the tire could not be fixed, I was not charged for this, I tried to pay but they declined. I would highly recommend Sullivan Tire.

  We left our home on Sat 1/24/26 @ 10:30A, the day before the big snow storm, to get some final groceries and run a couple of errands around town. It was ~5°F. Our car started up, albeit the battery was slightly audibly strained. After our first errand ~2 miles from home our car died and would not restart. We attached jumper cables from our trunk, got a jump from a kind passerby, but it would not restart. We waited an hour for AAA who had a more powerful battery pack to get us started. We called Sullivan Tire, also ~2 mi away. Teresa was the most friendly, astute, helpful person we could have asked for. Her computer inventory indicated a single battery in stock that fit our car. She called us back 3 minutes later after verifying with her own eyes to confirm she had it in stock We drove there, dropped the car off, were provided a complimentary Lyft ride home (~1 mi away), received a call ~45 minutes later telling us the car was ready for pickup (with new battery tested & installed), were provided a 2nd complimentary Lyft ride back to Sullivan, pickup up the car, and were back underway by 2P with plenty of time to finish running errands and pickup last-minute groceries. The ONLY thing that could have made this entire experience more pleasant would have been a window-side, candle-lit, tuxedo-clad, white-glove-served hot lunch 😋

  My experience was top notch from start to finish. Not only did I receive great help selecting tires, but I was able to have them put on THE NEXT DAY. What a miracle that was! Furthermore, the customer service was stellar. I dropped my car off late last night and realized that I'd left my house key (not my car key) in the dropbox envelope. I panicked about this and called your shop. Imagine my surprise when a complimentary Lyft driver showed up at my front door, took the car key, and delivered it to you - all by 10 am today! I have new tires, new friends and a wonderful story to tell. I will recommend Sullivan Tire to everyone I know. Thank you!

  Zero star. Dropped my tire off at 0745, they forgot to work on the tire entirely, picked up my flat tire before they closed at 6pm. Would not recommend if you live in the neighborhood.
