- SSstephanie silversteinFeb 16, 20265.0I was able to get a same day appointment for an oil change and new brakes. Nate is an exceptionally kind and helpful person. This location is the only place we would go for expert and honest auto maintenance and repairs.

I do have an issue with the new call service - I used to call and talk to Nate or Marcus and they’d know me immediately and set me up with an appointment that worked for all of us (a conversation). Now I get someone with a script that has no idea about me, my car, or potential scheduling factors. Saying that - I just stopped in to figure out when they could get my oil change done (that day worked out great!). I’ll continue to do that next time to bypass the “make an appointment” - way faster than all those questions from the call center!

He checked all of my tires, found one was low, and then made sure everything had the right amount of air before I was back on the road. He also noticed some other signs of wear and gave me some thoughtful advice on what to look out for. I’m so grateful for how professional and kind Nate was today - thank you for helping me out and for your excellent service!!
