  The people at State Auto are the most professional mechanics I've ever dealt with. They run the shop like a private doctor's office. They have amazing communication, follow up, and are over all spectacular to work with. I drive an old Jeep and she needs a lot of love which they overwhelming supply. Never once did they perform work without discussing it or explaining why it should be repaired.
