The field tech, Joshua, was out of the Newburyport location and called to inform me of his arrival time. Once there he set up quickly and was mindful of where he parked. He was professional, informative and answered any and all questions I had. It was clear - he really knew what he was doing with lots of experience. He did a fantastic job. I have had no concerns throughout the process and it’s been 4 days since completion and no issues. Highly recommend!

That was painful. Over an hour of trying to remove the old one. We had plans, and were awaiting him to finish to move along with our day. I was pulled out of the shower to go outside quickly and help the installer set the new windshield in place, because now he is running late and the next customer was complaining and being difficult. I wrapped up, and went outside to help him. He was done and gone in another 30 minutes. I realized after he left that the trim wasnt set right either, I had to disassemble it all and reinstall myself. Best of luck, choose wisely.
