  The first 2 attempts to have my windshield replaced at my home did not go well. The first appointment I waited the entire four hours and no one showed up or reached out to reschedule. When I tried to contact someone online, it was an AI operator who could not answer my question. I then rescheduled online. The second date I waited for an hour and a half, then received a phone call that the windshield arrived scratched and was not up to their quality standards to install. I ended up making an appointment at the actual shop and was treated extremely well and my windshield was finally replaced with no further issues.

  I happened to arrive early and my car was taken in quickly. The technician Doug was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My windshield replacement was done with no issues. My insurance covered the entire cost.

  I had a great experience with Safelite AutoGlass. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The manager Branden was very professional, informative, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. All of the workers were friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend!

  SAFELITE ARE SCAMMERS! I purchased the premium package that they had a special on because it was $75 off. It came with windshield replacement, new wiper blades and their special rain treatment. Technician arrived and did the windshield replacement and rain treatment but not the wiper replacement. He said my wiper’s were “out of stock”. They down graded my package which didn’t have a special on it; so I ended up paying more than the premium package and received less for my money. It’s a scam. All they have to do is claim that your wiper blades are out of stock, then downgrade you and charge more. Don’t go with SafeLite. They are scammers.

  I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Safelite AutoGlass. They scheduled a Saturday appointment and completely no-called, no-showed. No courtesy call, no update, nothing. I waited through the entire appointment window just to be left hanging. When I called them, I was given a vague, clearly scripted excuse that didn’t explain anything. Against my better judgment, I gave them a second chance. I rearranged my schedule and took another day out of work. And unbelievably, the exact same thing happened again — no call, no show, no respect for my time. Once again, I had to be the one to call them, only to get another apology and more empty excuses. Then they had the nerve to suggest scheduling a third appointment. Why would anyone take a third day off work just to be disrespected again? This isn’t even a situation where I’m paying out of pocket — it’s covered by insurance — which makes it feel like they value my time even less. That’s not an excuse to treat customers like their time means nothing. Missing one appointment without notice is bad. Doing it twice is completely unacceptable. If they had simply called ahead, showed basic professionalism, and respected my time, this review wouldn’t exist. Instead, I got silence, excuses, and wasted days. The only resolution here is taking my business elsewhere. I strongly do not recommend using this company in the New Bedford area.
