  Never again, I planned my trip over a month ago and set my reservation 3 1/2 weeks in advance an hour and a half the day of my pick up I get a call saying my reservation was cancelled they had no cars. The guy I spoke to said I had to call around and figure it out, so I called two other locations the Fall River location said if was going to be escalated and I would get a call in a half hour. I waited an hour nothing I call back oh we are going to escalate again call back in an hour I call back they said give it another hour no one has called me back I was suppose to start my trip at 330am this morning and I’m not going anywhere because no one has followed through. I have been going to enterprise for years through the Fall River location never had issues til I booked with New Bedford the fact that he really told me you have to figure it out is absolutely wild.

  Highly recommended! Really easy process. Clean vehicle with low mileage. Very affordable! Excellent staff for expediency and very courteous.

  I rented a 15 passenger van 2/16/26. Enterprise called me and left me a message on 3/19/26 to let me know I would need specific insurance for this vehicle. I called back on 3/19/26 to figure out what insurance they needed and they did not answer all the way until close. I called back today 3/20/26 and they told me that all insurance companies are closed now and so they can’t rent the vehicle that I’m supposed to pick up tomorrow. This was a terrible experience with enterprise that could have been avoided had they reached out earlier or answered their phone. No other solutions were offered aside from a 7 seater which is half the size of what I need. They have no egard for their customers experience. Will not rent here again.
