  Horrible service! They replaced my old windshield with a new one and never put my brand new inspection sticker back on! When I called they said they forgot & already had threw out the old windshield! I asked if they could at least reimburse me and they said that’s not what they do there! Horrible & unprofessional, I won’t return as a customer again & wont recommend anybody here in the future neither! The lady at the front desk was very nice and the gentlemen who did I think did the windshield was nice on the phone & got it done fast! Customer service wasn’t the issue just them not replacing my sticker was very upsetting!

  I had a terrible experience with Safelite. They used generic glass instead of factory glass. The glass that was supposed to be replaced was the same as before, but they used generic glass instead. This generic glass gives a major glare of lights both day and night, which is a hazard to both the driver and other cars on the road. The vision is impaired because of the wrong glass installed. The tint color of the replaced glass is different from the original, so I can’t see properly while driving and feel incredibly nauseous. Because of the battery being disconnected, the car failed the state inspection.

  The online scheduling was easy, they made my appointment very quickly. The online platform also took my insurance info and verified it for me within a couple hours. I left my car there since I had to go to work, and they allowed me to pick it up right after. The key exchange was swift and completely hassle-free. I do wish windshield repairs were available on Saturdays, but I understand. Thanks so much!

  Had issues with appointments using replacement service at home on a Friday , my appointment was cancelled the night before for whatever reason, I needed my pickup truck for work on Monday but my windshield was too cracked to use . I called the New Bedford location, unfortunately they were booked all day, BUT Brandon went above and beyond, he said he will try to work something out with the crew and would call me back with an answer, within ten minutes he called back and asked that I drop off my truck and windshield will be replaced by the end of the day....which it was and they did a great job. Well done Brandon and crew.

  Avoid Safelite AutoGlass. My insurance sent Safelite to replace my windshield on January 6th, and the experience has been a nightmare ever since. The first installation was misaligned. They came back a second time, spent over 6 hours, installed another windshield, and still could not get my vehicle’s safety features to function. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the dealer. I took the car to the dealer at my own expense and paid $675, only to be told that Safelite damaged the forward-facing camera during installation. I was then informed the camera replacement would cost $3,900. When I went into the Safelite branch to speak with the manager, Brandon Price, he was completely unprofessional, cussed at me, told me they were not fixing my car, and refused to provide insurance information that GEICO specifically instructed me to obtain. This situation was caused entirely by Safelite’s workmanship, and their handling of it afterward was unacceptable. A manager should be capable of basic professionalism and accountability — this one was not.
