Although the location did not have the car I originally reserved, he called ahead of time to notify me and still managed to get me into a vehicle that met my needs. He was very resourceful and even offered the option to switch cars at another location. Eddie was polite, super friendly, and made the entire experience smooth. I definitely recommend going to Enterprise and highly recommend their representative, Eddie. Thank you so much!
